The Real-T Endo #8 tooth has received enthusiastic reviews from the endodontic community due to the realistic canal size and overall anatomy. The Real-T Endo #8 tooth has a “flame shaped” length of about 25 mm from incisal edge to the tip of the apex and the mesiodistal width is about 8.5mm. The size of the pulp access when properly opened is about 1/4 to 1/2 the width of the lingual surface. This width allows for complete removal of the pulp horns. The initial width of the canal, prior to instrumentation, binds with less than a #30 file. You will find that the canal is tapered with constriction close to the apex as found in a natural central incisor.
